I have a 2000 Nissan Pick Up.  The Water Pump started leaking and needed to be replaced. I took the car to Pep Boys on Military Highway, Norfolk.  They charged me $38 to tell me what the car needed.  I didn't find this out until my wife went to pick up my car.  Pep Boys quoted me $1200 to do the repairs.  I felt that was way too much.  So I searched Craigs list and found McKenzie's.  I'm so grateful that they posted on Craigs list.  They quoted me $750 for the same repairs.  They even picked up my car at our house so my wife didn't have to figure out rides. When they found something else that the truck needed they didn't gouge me.  My truck was done the next day.  I could see the new parts they put on my truck.  My truck is running great now.  They are Awesome!  My last repair shop changed hands and I needed a new place for routine maintenance.  I will use them again.  I do not work for nor am I associated with McKenzie.  I was just totally impressed with them. -Chet,N
